We had been house hunting for over two years and spent time seeing/researching many properties. Finally, we found a house we liked very much and signed a contract with our previous realtor, Shirley. Suddenly, Shirley had to leave for personal reasons and she introduced us to Brenda Jolly.
We were not thrilled to lose our realtor at the end of our process, but we were pleasantly surprised to see how Brenda got this rolling. She is thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. She accommodated all of our requests from home inspection to final closing and she worked on her client’s behalf to get all the issues resolved prior to closing. We are very thankful to Shirley for introducing us to Brenda’s very capable hands! We will certainly use Brenda again and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
